Chips with Everything?

Taste, come on guys!

Chips with your burger, fine, but with steak?

WTAF?



It's a let down to the beef in that streak, to then pair it with something so cheap as chips. If you're going to spend time, and money, on a steak why not try to cook something that will be more its equal? One of our favourites is to get a jacket potato, bake it, cut it in half, and

Get Creative!









It's dead easy, really. Just spoon out the majority of the middle, put that in a bowl, add chives, garlic, a bit of salt and pepper, fried pancetta,  plus lots of Parmesan cheese!

Now the fun bit, have you ever made a deviled egg? The next bit is just that easy. Fill the potato skins with that mixture you just made!

Sprinkle some grated cheddar over them.

Pop them back into the oven, I put them on a foil lined oven tray, to brown them up.

Voila!
